We retain transaction records for seven years as required by financial regulation. You can download your history from Settings > Account History. After your account closes, we keep encrypted records for three additional years, then delete them. Personal data like your name and contact details are deleted after fourteen days of account closure, unless regulatory compliance requires longer storage.

Yes. Open your account, go to Settings > Privacy > Data Export and select the date range. We compile your data within ten business days and email it as a secure file. The export includes deposits, withdrawals, game history, login timestamps and support interactions. You can also submit a formal request via email; same ten-day response window applies.

When you request account closure through Settings > Account > Close Account, any remaining balance is returned to your original deposit method within 24 hours.
